Indira Sagar Reservoir to have water upto 260 metre
Oustees to get exemption in reference time limit

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has given its judgement to fill the Indira Sagar reservoir to its maximum limit i.e 260 metre in the case filed by Narmada Bachao Andolan against National Hydro Power development Corporation and the Madhya Pradesh government. It may be noted that as per the instructions of Madhya Pradesh high Court the reservoir was allowed to be filled upto 255 metre and the judgement were kept reserved after the hearing of all the concerned parties on August 22.
