Ranakpur Temples are located near Sadri town of Pali, Rajasthan. It is main tourist attraction for people coming from Mount Abu, Rajasthan. Located in the Aravalli Hills Range, it has great architecture and good news is that you are allowed to take photos by purchasing Camera permission coupon available from the same place.
On the eve of Durga Ashtami (Eighth Day of Navaratra Festival) all temples are beautifully decorated. Here is one of the beautifully decorated idol of Shri Durga Mata at a temple in Kota City.
Akhand Dhaam Ashram is a Temple and Ashram at Indore.
There are around one hundred Sadhus living here. Most of them are from different parts of the country. Their daily life is full of dedication towards god. They generally discuss about Myth and God. I found all of them as very soft spoken and very kind. They earn nothing as financially but Temple Management and some great social worker helps here to manage for their food and daily requirements. They also provide medical facilities to these Sadhus. When I reached here, an Eye Camp was organized to check their eyesight and to distribute free specs to them. A nice place where you can find very different faces of Sadhus.
This image was captured just before Sunset. The Sadhu was sitting at a location where evening Sunlight was helping him reading book while making surroundings as dark background. Interestingly, he is around 90 years old but as you see, he is very active.
